As part of your ongoing training you will attend regular area meetings with your fellow franchisees.
We will also cover what you need to do from opening your store in the morning to closing it at night. Topics covered include basic items such as house keeping to the more detailed topics such as merchandising, how to deal with suppliers and customers, staff selection, banking, record keeping and much more.
From time to time other internal or external guests or suppliers may be invited to talk about marketing, operations and products. These meetings are an excellent opportunity to establish and develop fruitful relationships with other franchisees in your area. You will also get a feel for new products in the market.
Your area meetings are a great place for you to contribute to the group’s direction and development by offering information on what is happening in your store and your market.

The entire Kenny’s Cardiology group comes together regularly for our conference. Our time in Conference gives us an opportunity to discuss strategies and learn about the current retail environment.
Regular conference highlights have been keynote speakers, workshops and team-building activities which are all undertaken in a relaxed environment. The conference also gives us an opportunity to award stores for their outstanding performance throughout the year……and then of course there’s the party!
