To market to market
Our marketing strategy is constantly evolving to meet our customers’ needs. The main focus of our marketing campaign is to build stronger customer loyalty with our existing customers, and to encourage new customers to trial the brand.
We do this through a combination of marketing activities. These exist on five levels:
- Advertising, to build brand value.
- Area or regional marketing activity, to help highlight products and services in that particular region.
- Relationship and customer loyalty marketing activity, to bring our customers back into the store more often, spending more money. The foundation of our relationship marketing campaign is the Kenny’s Club, one of the best retail rewards programs in the business.
- Local marketing activity, to highlight the business as a good corporate citizen.
- Training, to increase the skill set of the store operators and their employees on marketing.
Within these five levels the group uses a diverse range of marketing tools to promote and build the Kenny’s Cardiology brand.
Group Office will assist you with the planning of your marketing calendar as well as providing a subsidy for various approved activities.
Show me the money!
To keep all franchisees updated with the Group’s performance, a weekly sales report is forwarded to all stores.
This report provides stores with information on sales for the week and highlights the top 20 performing stores. The report also provides updates on Group Office activities, supplier information and any other important notices.
A Cardiogram for everyone
The bi-monthly full colour in-house newsletter, the ‘Cardiogram’ is mailed to each store. This newsletter highlights products, merchandising sales and marketing ideas and feature articles.
The Cardiogram is our way of making sure everyone in the group is kept up to date on all of the things that will help them grow their businesses, and after all of our years of operation it remains one of our most popular pieces of communication with the stores.
Cardiology Technology
The Kenny’s Cardiology website enables franchisees to access a private area for group information quickly and easily. The website provides easy on-line access to:
- Contact other Kenny’s Cardiology franchisees via the on-line chat room.
- Customise your store’s section of the Kenny’s Cardiology website.
- Place your store promotions on the World Wide Web.
- Your weekly sales reporting.
It’s a great tool for us to communicate with our stores, our suppliers, and our customers.
