Training for the Future

You begin your new life as a Kenny’s Cardiology franchisee by attending a week long training session on the Gold Coast, at Group Office.  This training will cover all areas of your business, with particular focus on product knowledge and customer service training as these are the two things that will drive your business.

We will also cover what you need to do from opening your store in the morning to closing it at night.  Topics covered include basic items such as turning on the lights, cleaning the floor to the more detailed topics such as merchandising, how to deal with suppliers and customers, staff selection, banking, record keeping and much more. 

Training underpins our business success and it forms a key part of your Kenny’s Cardiology journey.

Visitors welcome

Every Kenny’s Cardiology store receives regular visits from a number of in house and contracted professionals to assist you to maximise your business experience.

In addition to these visits, your Kenny’s Cardiology store will always look its best with the help of our merchandising team. You will have a merchandiser visit to your store several times a year.
